The Democratic Platform on Abortion and Faith 
The Democratic Platform Committee has released the party platform for 2008. Dr. Janice Crouse, Senior Fellow with CWA's Beverly LaHaye Institute, notes that although there is much talk both inside the party and among political analysts about a "softer" wording of abortion language and an attempt to promote adoption, as well as the party's overall efforts to connect with people of faith, little has really changed.
