Ending Sex-Selection, Race-Based Abortions

It seems like a no-brainer. The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) would prohibit sex-selection or race-based abortions. Given that abortion centers are disproportionately placed in minority communities and the history of discrimination with organizations like Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the country, this bill should be a priority for our lawmakers. Congressman Trent Franks (R-Arizona) who introduced the bill in the House of Representatives talks to us about what he hopes to accomplish with PRENDA. Listen | Download
