YouCut Winner Announced
First introduced by Majority Leader Eric Cantor, (R-Virginia), the YouCut program has given the public the ability to vote on unnecessary government spending and suggest to congress which programs they want to see cut to help balance the federal budget. That website has just completed another round of voting and Rep.
