Dear Friends,

Senators Gordon Smith (R-Oregon) and Chuck Schumer (D-New York) have filed Senate Amendment 132 to H.R. 2, the Minimum Wage Bill. The purpose of this amendment is to allow "domestic partners" to deduct healthcare costs on their taxes. This is another stealth attempt to erode traditional marriage and promote the homosexual agenda.

The Minimum Wage Bill is currently being debated on the Senate floor. Senators Smith and Schumer are trying to ensure that this amendment passes under the radar screens of pro-family organizations. It is imperative that we don't allow this amendment to go unchallenged!

Action Items:

1. Please call your Senators now at (202) 224-3121 and urge them to oppose Senate Amendment 132 to H.R. 2.

2. Please contact 5 friends and ask them to contact their Senators immediately to oppose this Amendment.
