Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee Responds to Iranian Nuclear Talks Ending without Agreement
Washington D.C. - Talks for a deal that would have required Iran to suspend key parts of its nuclear program in exchange for modest relief on economic sanctions ended Sunday without an agreement, after two days of the most high level negotiations between Iran and the United States in decades. Six world powers and Iran agreed to resume talks on November 20. Penny Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC), responds:

Will the Senate Implement Sanctions on Iran
The U.S. Senate needs to step up and protect our ally Israel. Today, leaders in the Senate will be briefed on the Obama Administration's negotiations on Iran's nuclear capability. Tackling the issue of Iran's nuclear weapons program is imminent, and delay could harm long-term goals of peace in the Middle East.

Employment Non-Discrimination Act Coalition Letter
We the undersigned organizations, represent millions of Americans and families deeply worried about the coming vote on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). Disguised under the banner of “equality,” ENDA seeks to create special privileges for a few individuals based on their self-described sexual orientation and/or gender identity. The legislation elevates these preferences above our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, like the freedom of speech, religion and association. It also ignores the practical implications of the theoretical concepts explored in the legislation as they relate to families and especially for women and children.
